Poached eggs and stir fried spaghetti

Hello diamonds,

How have you been? Good I Hope.

Today's meal is a play on poached eggs and stir fried vegetable and spaghetti. Poached egg, it should typically be cooked to medium level such that the yolk is still juicy and runny but the client was taken into consideration and so the poached egg was cooked all the way through.

Ingredients
1/4 pack of spaghetti
Water
1 egg
2 big carrot
1/4 to 1/2 small size cabbage
1 onion
1 Knorr cube
1/2 tablespoon dry pepper
3 pieces of cooked beef
4 tablespoons of Meat stock
3 tablespoons of groundnut oil

Directions
Put a pot of water on your cooker and turn to medium - high heat. Boil the spaghetti for about 15 minutes or till done.
Remove the pot from the cooker when done, pour the spaghetti into a straining basket or colander and pour cold water on the spaghetti. Alternatively run tap water over the spaghetti in the basket.

Pour water into your now empty pot and return it back to the cooker. Gently break in the egg. Cover and allow to cook.
In a separate pan add your oil, carrot, onions and cabbage. Stir it as it fries. After about 5 minutes add pepper and knorr then stir for a further 3 minutes. At this point you add the spaghetti into the pan, cooked beef and the meat stock then cover and allow to cook for 4 to 5 minutes.

Once the spaghetti is done, serve. Do not forget your poaching egg, it should be done now. Remove it gently with a spoon and place on the plate of spaghetti and you are ready to dig in.

I hope you get to try this and that you enjoy it.
